User Agreement

The Printing Lab respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our customers to do the same.

All content appearing on this Site, including but not limited to logos, graphics, artwork, photographs, text, designs, product images, website content, and branding elements, collectively the "Content", is owned by or licensed to The Printing Lab.

This Content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any Content from this Site without prior written permission from The Printing Lab.

By submitting artwork, logos, trademarks, designs, images, text, or other content, known as "Customer Content", to The Printing Lab, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the rights to the submitted content or have obtained all necessary permissions to use it.
• The submitted content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
• The submitted content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

You grant The Printing Lab a limited license to use your submitted content solely for the purpose of producing, fulfilling, and delivering your order.

The Printing Lab is not responsible for verifying ownership of customer-submitted artwork and assumes no liability for intellectual property disputes arising from customer-provided content.

All orders are subject to our approval process.

Prior to production, customers will receive a digital proof showing artwork, colors, print locations, logo sizes, garment selections, and order details.

Production will not begin until the proof has been approved by the customer.

Once a proof has been approved, the customer assumes responsibility for all approved artwork, spelling, colors, placements, sizing, and order details.

The Printing Lab reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order containing content that, in our sole discretion:

• Violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws
• Contains unlawful content
• Contains threats, harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content
• Contains defamatory or libelous material
• Contains obscene, pornographic, or excessively graphic content
• Promotes illegal activities
• Violates the rights of any individual or organization

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or reject any order that does not comply with these standards.

The Printing Lab's liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

Under no circumstances shall The Printing Lab be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.

The Printing Lab reserves the right to modify this User Agreement at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
