We accept SVG, PNG, JPG, JPEG, and other common image formats.

If you do not have a vector file, our design team will professionally recreate and vectorize your artwork at no additional charge as part of your order.

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own or have permission to use all logos, trademarks, designs, and content provided.

The Printing Lab is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations related to customer-submitted artwork.

The Printing Lab uses various decoration methods including screen printing, DTF Direct-to-Film, embroidery, and other production techniques.

The production method used for your order is determined by factors including artwork complexity, garment type, quantity ordered, and overall print quality.

Designs containing more than five colors will typically be produced using DTF printing unless otherwise requested during the ordering or proof approval process.

Standard production time is typically 14 business days after proof approval.

Rush production is available with an 7 Business Day Rush Service for an additional 15% of the total order value.

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary due to product availability, artwork revisions, order complexity, or seasonal demand.

Free standard shipping is included with all orders.

Shipping timelines begin after production is completed.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of The Printing Lab's control.

We carefully count and quality-check every order before shipment.

If you believe items are missing from your order, you must contact us within 4 days of delivery at info@theprintinglab.com.

Please include your order number and photos of the items received.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund as long as:

• Your approval email has not been approved
• Your order has not entered production

Once a proof has been approved and production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

We stand behind the quality of every order we produce.

If the final product differs from your approved proof due to an error on our end, we will work quickly to correct the issue through a replacement or reprint.

Customers are responsible for:

• Reviewing all proof details before approval
• Providing accurate shipping information
• Verifying garment sizes before production
• Ensuring submitted artwork is authorized for use

The Printing Lab is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.

Payment must be received before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Other payment methods available at checkout

The Printing Lab's liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

Under no circumstances shall The Printing Lab be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.
