Shipping Policy

Our standard turnaround time is typically 14 business days from the time your artwork proof is approved.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Turnaround times begin only after your approval email has been approved by you.

Need your order sooner? We offer an 7 Business Day Rush Service for an additional 15% of the total order value.

Rush service is subject to product availability, artwork readiness, production schedule, and order complexity.

If rush service is needed, please request it before approving your proof or placing your final order.

Before production begins, you will receive an approval email with your artwork proof and order details.

This may include artwork, colors, garment details, size breakdowns, print placements, and logo dimensions.

Production and turnaround time do not begin until the proof has been approved.

Orders requiring extensive artwork revisions, specialty products, or additional approval changes may require extra production time.

To avoid delays, please review your proof carefully and respond as soon as possible with approval or requested changes.

Production time and shipping time are separate.

The estimated production timeline begins after proof approval. Shipping time begins after production is completed and the order is released to the carrier.

You will receive shipping or tracking information once your order has been dispatched, when available.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
