Photography & Printing

Numerous companies offer on-site photography at your event. Many will even host the photos on their website a week or two later for event participants to view and purchase. This is great, but we wanted to do something bigger – something that would truly capture the interest of event participants and generate excitement the day of the event.

This is how The Event Lab is revolutionizing on-site photography services.

As we shoot photos of your event, the pictures are wirelessly transmitted to The Event Lab booth where they are displayed on a monitor. Event participants can then view, order, and take home their photos on CD or as an 8x10 print within minutes.

From our experience, this leads to higher sales volumes than a traditional method since participants are offered the photos the day of the event, in the moment while emotions are high, rather than a week or two later after the excitement has faded. Higher sales volumes means more satisfied participants and more money in your pocket, as well as more merchandise in the community to help advertise your event.
