There are countless people involved in our efforts and causes. Unfortunately, it just isn’t practical to list them all here. However, we do want to make you aware of some of the key individuals that help The Printing Lab move forward and achieve new heights.

Russell is an all or nothing type of guy. You would be correct if you labeled him an adrenaline junkie or adventure enthusiast. Russell can usually be found doing something intense at any given moment. Non-stop and full-tilt, he lives his life with purpose, committed to achieving significance and success while helping others do the same. Russell believes in using today’s marketplace as a platform to propel change in tomorrow’s world. He leads The Printing Lab with a unique vision and approach, something that has brought the company to new heights.

David Martinelli has worked in the graphic design and photography fields for a number of years. At the age of 14 he began taking college courses in design before starting his own graphic design company at age 16. Since that time, David has also worked for a leading publishing company and won various awards for his layouts. He also is an experienced journalistic-style photographer, photographing numerous events throughout the Sacramento region. With a passion for the creative and a drive to help others communicate themselves visually, David was a natural addition to The Printing Lab. When not working at the Lab, David can be found in various coffee shops around Sacramento with his wife, Julie, or writing and recording music in his home studio.

Allie Van Drie, Business Development

Allie is one of the most magnetic people you will ever meet. Her enthusiasm is infectious. That is why she is on the front line in business development. Allie has extensive experience in sales, account management and organizational communication. A connector by nature, Allie has taken the Printing Lab to new heights. She is an intentional thinker and is willing to do all she can to bring business to the next level. Her hands-on approach and extensive involvement with new business development sets her apart from the rest. In her free time, Allie is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Calling her motivated would be a huge understatement.

We could write paragraphs about how great we are and all the amazing things we have done and been a part of, but were pretty sure you would just stop reading and move on to other things.

The reality is, we exist for you. After all, without you, we’re nothing. You’re our heartbeat; the reason we do what we do.

Eric is the founder of Vision Launchers LLC – a strategic venture development agency that focuses on startups and growing businesses. He has helped start or grow nearly 200 companies and manages several ventures of his own. He is the resident technology expert, in addition to creating award-winning marketing campaigns and designs that communicate complex messages in innovative ways. His work ranges from consulting with Fortune 500 companies, positioning big companies for acquisition, to helping the next big idea get launched. He has a thriving passion for new venture development, is a published author on Entrepreneurship and is involved with more startups than he has fingers to count on. When he gets outside the office, his interests are motocross, anything with Tapatio on it and hanging out with his wife and dog "Coco."
